Day after day, the Chef draws inspiration from the landscapes of the Somme Bay, between land and sea. The alchemy of the countryside and iodine, meadows and foreshore, and beyond the Channel.
To the rhythm of the seasons, the Chef composes a traditional French cuisine that showcases the products of this rich terroir.
In his basket, spring early fruits, summer fruits, samphire and other aromatic herbs from the bay, seasonal shellfish and crustaceans, salt meadow lambs, etc. are mixed together.
Fresh products, sourced locally as often as possible; varied flavours that are both frank and subtle, offering you a real moment of indulgence.
